Urban Myth

It may be an urban myth, but I've heard a few times that aspirin, if it were discovered today, wouldn't make it past the FDA.

Another thing I can consider invaluable that I'm sure would fail to make it to market today are wooden spoons. I've never found anything better for cooking, but I think everyone else uses those plastic ones.

I have issues with the whole wooden rolling pin thing too, for some reason. The idea that you can't get it wet or it doesn't work... blah blah blah. *sigh*

nope. i use wooden. love them.

the best rolling pins are those marble ones, though. so cool and smooth and heavy...

I think the marble ones are cool, too, but the wooden ones work better for me.

I wonder why there's no plastic ones? You'd think...

Eek! Plastic spoons? Never! I've got a huge collection of wooden spoons, but a few stainless steel ones too.

I have a wooden rolling pin too. I've never seen a plastic rolling pin.

But I'm glad asprin was grandfathered in. Love my asprin.

The FDA is corrupt. Look at all the money they spend on campaigns to rush things through. They own the presidency and most of the congress and senate WBR LeoP
