She didn't die, so this isn't exactly going against yesterday's entry...
In addition to hearing about Jack Paar, who I thought died years ago, this news item caught my attention. A three year old girl was rescued after surviving five days in a car. The car had been in an accident, I'm guessing it flew off a road somewhere, and the driver, the girl's mother, had been killed.
I'm not sure I can imagine anything more traumatic and horrific than what that little girl must have gone through. I shudder just thinking about it.

god. here's hoping she won't remember it as an adult. and that she finds a really good therapist.
That's what I thought, too. What a memory to have...and I'm afraid she's old enough to remember it.
